[liblouis-liblouisxml] Error building liblouisxml for windows

Hi John and all,
Here are 2 files config.lst and make.lst which are the traces of what happens
when trying to build latest liblouisxml under windows in msys mingw environment.
Any idea on what happens would be greatly appreciated.
