All Braille Files are just *.brf and *.bzy files.

Subject: [liblouis-liblouisxml] Correction to BrailleZephyer BZMenu.java file
As I have no way to push this back onto the github distribution I am sending it
along here.
In a save dialog box it does not make sense to off the option All Braille files
or All Files. There are in fact only two viable options here Braille ready
files and BrailleZepher files (what ever those are.) so the enclosed
BZMenus.java file fixes this UI problem. in the SWT.SAVE section.
