[liblouis-liblouisxml] Converting braille tables with liblouis.

Hello!
Is there a way to convert a braille table from for example brltty to liblouis?
Brltty has an utility that requires cygwin and needs some compilation i think.
Reason for asking is that i think brltty has a braille table for swdish computer
braille which i really wont implemented into nvda.
Now its the swedish grade 1 braille which is mor of literary.
