[liblouis-liblouisxml] Compiling liblouisutdml on Linux

Hello,
What do you have to do differently to compile liblouisutdml on Linux than
liblouis? I cloned the repo, did hg archive as the readme states, did
./autogen.sh, did ./configure, and make. I got an error from make that a
target wasn't specified and no makefile was found. What did I do wrong?
