[liblouis-liblouisxml] Changing some Names

Experience has shown that some of the program names are confusing. For
example, people are using lou_translate to make working translations. It
is not intended for this purpose. it is intended for large-scale
checking of translation and back-translation accuracy. I therefore
propose that it be renamed lou_checktranslation

Similarly, the name xml2brl gives the impression that it handles only
xmls files, whereas it also handles text and html files and does
back-translation. I think a more appropriate name would be file2brl

Changing these names will of course break backward compatibility. But
they have caused new users a lot of confusion.
