[liblouis-liblouisxml] Braille-Side Editor

Some of you have expressed a desire for a braille-side editor for 
liblouisxml. I would like to know what functionality would be needed in 
the library, as distinct from the user interface. The editor would 
probably be based on UTD, sincee that would allow display of print and 
braille side by side. It would also be affected by the volume-generation 
scheme. This sems to be a good time to consider what would be needed to 
make it a reality, though the actual coding will ot occur for a while.
