The latest update is on www.jjb-software.com . I haven't forgotten about
the Google Code projects, but I'm still having trouble with them, so
www.jjb-software.com is the quickest way to get updates out for now.

boxline, blankline, softreturn, newpage and righthandpage have been
implemented in this release. Here is a small semantic-action file
showing how to specify them.

document html
no body
para p
boxline boxline 7
boxline boxline,type,start g
blankline blankline
softreturn br
newpage newpage
righthandpage righthandpage

softreturn, blankline and newpage can be used anywhere and should be
self-explanatory. righthandpage will be used to move to a right-hand
page for a graphic when interpoint is used.

For boxline, the third column of the semantic-action table is used to
specify the character to be inserted. There are two entries for boxline,
one for dots 2356 and one for dots 1245. The latter contains both an
attribute and a value. The attribute and value simply serve to
distinguish
one type of line from another and can be anything convenient. The third
column can contain any character, so you can make any line extending
across the whole width of the page (or display) you want. This was an
obvious and easy generalization to make.
