Hello dear list members. I'm a Persian-speaking blind computer user.
As you know, Liblouis has Farsi (Persian) grade 1 Braille table. It
enables the applications that use Liblouis as Braille translater to
output Farsi in Braille on a Braille display. For example, when I use
a Braille display with NVDA screenreader, it can translate the Persian
text for me in Braille.
I want to know how can I use the Braille table to input Persian
(Farsi) text using the Braille keyboard on my Braille display.
My question is: can Liblouis add Farsi grade 1 table into its Braille
input tables so the a Persian-speaking user like me and my friends
could type persian text using Braille keys on the Braille displays? is
it necessary to add a separate Braille table for Farsi or the existing
one is enough?
I'll be so glad if you can help me to solve this problem.
