[liblouis-liblouisxml] A few BrailleZephyr notes

Here are a couple of minor issues I am seeing:

Backspacing over the braille does not remove the braille when you backspace
over the cell. The cell remains visible but is in fact not really there.
Pressing backspace again removes the braille but then leave the next braille
cell visible still.

The same thing happens in the ASCII view.

Is there a way to make the screen just a bit bigger? the default size for
simbraille is 18 points.

Thanks
