lg-it Software to merge iPhone contacts

Hi All,

Wondering if anyone has used/has any recommendations on a software (don't mind
paying for it) that merges your contacts into one list? For example we have an
employee who has 3 sets of contact groups on his phone; contacts on the actual
phone, iCloud, and outlook contacts so whenever we upgrade his phone it is
always a trouble getting all contacts across to his new phone. Does anyone have
any recommendations?
