Hi Nick,

The City of Launceston ran a process to assess ERP replacement consultants and
settled on Peter Morichovitis from Peak Services
(pmorichovitis@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx<mailto:pmorichovitis@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>). From a
large pool of local and national respondents, Peter's tender aligned against
the work already completed by our IT Team. Most consultants quoted running
workshops across the organisation to build the tender specification however as
we had already completed this step before hand keeping the price low. Reach out
if you have any further questions.

We have just completed the tender assessment and demonstrations with Peter
being invaluable in ensuring the right questions have been asked. Would
recommend Peter if you are looking to assess the market for a new ERP.

Hi Everyone,

Council is starting the process to investigate options for a replacement
Enterprise Management System.
Would anyone have any recommendations for consultants that could help us with
the preparation of tender specifications?
Alternatively would anyone have a copy of previous tender specifications they
were willing to share for us to use as a reference?
