Hi Louis,
We're using Microsoft Bookings for our IT Loan equipment booking requests. I
found that If I created a "basic" staff user (non-domain) for each laptop and
set a limit of 1 per session per staff, it worked quite well.
I'd say you can modify the limit to be 10 per session per staff (staff being
either the legitimate host, or "training 1" etc etc)
Cheers

Subject: lg-it Managing training bookings in Microsoft 365
[EXTERNAL Message: Be cautious of clicking on links or opening attachments.]
Good morning,
I had a quick question, does anyone have a good method for managing staff
bookings for training/events in Microsoft 365?
I've had a look at Microsoft Bookings, but it seems to be designed for
one-on-one appointments. We want almost exactly the same thing, but the ability
to allow multiple people to register for the same session and set an attendance
limit such as 10 attendees.
Thanks,
