Snap Send Solve was taken to the ACCC in 2019 for misleading conduct (as
below). Maybe you could try sending Snap Send Solve a letter advising you will
lodge a complaint with the ACCC unless you are removed from the app as their
ACCC experience might motivate them to.
Noosa uses Snap Send Solve as it is a better mobile experience than our
corporate system and I've heard another Council using TechnologyOne also, is
working with Snap Send Solve integration and that would be great outcome for us.
