DEMedit updated to 0.2.

- Added Edit, Copy command. The copied DEM chunk can
be pasted into Leveller (and other apps using the
Leveller binary clipboard format). Elevations are
scaled to fit the DEM dimensions, so loading in DEMedit,
then copying, then doing a 'Paste as New Document' in
Leveller is an easy way of importing DEMs accurately
  into Leveller.

- Internal elevation scaling used to generate correct
shading intensities instead of assuming a constant
parameter in the display code. The scale is based on
a pixel longitude measure which is also reported in
  the Properties dialog.

- Edit, Resample adjust elevation scale to preserve
existing scale relationship of elevations to DEM dimensions.
