[leveller] TabletPaint update

TabletPaint has been updated. Changes are:
- Settings support darken or flat color drawing mode.
- Brush size can vary from one radius to another depending on
stylus pressure.
- Work buffer is 32-bit, hence the app is a 32-bit grayscale editor.
- File, Export, Leveller command will write the window to a
Leveller TER heightfield document. Although the window shows
8-bit grayscale, the TER file will be full 32-bit smooth.
- Small optimization (limiting window updates to edited areas);
may reduce tablet undersampling on slower PCs.
