[leveller] Price change

The price of the full registered version of Leveller has been changed to
$199.95 USD ($149.95 for those updating from 1.x).
Leveller 2.5 updates for existing 2.x users remains free of charge.
The increase was necessitated by rising development costs, lower US/CDN
exchange rate, and also to provide more funding for the upcoming open
source release for those donating via 2.x licencing.
