Changes are:

- Floating selections can be rotated and flipped.

- "Swap" button added to Global Elevs panel.

- Multithreaded code uses all CPUs, not just two. Threaded actions
are currently: rotate, invert, and replace.

- Void elevs are deselected after importing.

- Import downsampler floors voids on a per tile basis, which is
  wrong (local minima only); fixed.

- Import downsampler inefficient on profile oriented blocks; fixed.

- Hard-edged selections remain so after rotating.

- Water level's "use opacity" flag ignored in scene pane; fixed.

- Pasting when a floating sel exists positions new floater
way off to the NW; fixed.

- BT driver doesn't offer export params; fixed.

- RIB export can't output Cs list; fixed.

- RIB export emits ] symbols when ending binary lists; fixed.

- Macro progress not being reported; fixed.

- Macros would keep running even if an error occurred at runtime level; fixed.

- Autoscrolling while dragging floating sel makes it jitter within marquee; fixed.

- docs: flipping groundplane said results placed into floater, which was wrong; fixed.

- Flipping normal selection doesn't clip against selmask; fixed.

- docs: Warn about USGS DEM exporting very terraced

- GL color array skipped if water color is constant (no texture),
  boosts performance.

- GDAL's USGSDEM driver CreateCopy bonkers breadth param badly when exporting local coordsys; fixed (by newer GDAL) - LocalCS is actually
not exportable at all to this format.

- Animations can output Terragen format.

- Loaded doc thinks it is dirty when selmask changes; fixed.

- Reverting a doc clears its dirty status but titlebar
  does not reflect this; fixed.
