Leveller 2.5 alpha now at build 1409.

- Rotate filter is multithreaded when rotating selections,
and uses all available CPUs.
- File, Export, 8-bit Bitmap... was broken; fixed.
- Selection, Invert command would operate on floating selections; fixed.
