George.... if the issue is to have a round spirit level to use with your
tripod, they are available in Sears at the tool/Hardware dept... about $3
each. Circular, bubble level...
I know that General Tool also has these, and you would find them at any
fairly large hardware store....
If you want a precise replacement to retrofit the levels in your heads, it
might be possible to find replacements on the open market, but not easy....
Some of the tool vendors ( small companies, and individuals) sell
replacements for levels from Stanley and others.....

I have an older bogen leveling head with a dry, circular spirit level (same
with my gitzo tele studex.
Bogen seems uninterested in responding to my inquiries re: replacement.
Does anyone know of a source for these little items?
