Keith, Para kala! my Greek is more or less limited to what I learned from almost 30 years with a Greek tyrant as a boss, and what's written on the back of serviettes at Greek restaurants :-) Never mind if nobody comments - the proof of the Moussaka is in the number of hits on each shot you posted, I had one shot posted that nobody commented on but was viewed a couple of hundred times - it happens!
