[LRflex] ever-ready case for SL

Dear members,
I bought myself a christmas gift in November already;-) It`s a Leicaflex SL.
The camera is in very good condition, apart from the strap lugs - they are
almost worn out. Doug told me they can be replaced, but I don`t want to
part with the camera after I just got it. So I was thinking of ever-ready
case for the SL. Do they come with strap lugs? Anyone can tell me? Have been
searching the internet, but the photos don`t show me clearly.
