I dare say it does have excellent ergonomics, I handled the R8 in Solms just after it came out and I just didn't like it. There are probably plenty of women who have got better ergonomics then my wife, but Frauke is prettier, so I've got what I want and won't change her one that is a bit younger and can dance a little better - same applies to film cameras. :-) By the way, my idea of perfect ergonomics in cameras is still the Rollei SL2000F/3003 system, superb Zeiss lenses too. Whether you hold it right handed, left handed, upside down, over your head or however you want, you've always got a shutter release button at the end of some fingertip or other (the 3003 has 3!, 4 if you count the self-timer). Rock-steady with a video camera like hand-loop attached, or rested in the palm of your hand when using the top finder. Add to that another viewfinder, interchangeable backs and powerpacks too - pity it didn't survive long enoughto get a digital back, it was actually planned but never went into production. Cheers Douglas BTW David, isn't that a Bohemian Waxtail ;-) David Young wrote: >At 07/05/2007, you wrote: > > >>Do you use one, Douglas?
