Hi Peter,
I agree with you about “Ouch” about DSC_5101. My son-in-law and I speculated
about what happens to one’s junk when you get wedged like that.
Glad you liked the series. 7’s Rugby is one if the fastest sporting games on
earth and we love it. My son was captain of the French School’s senior team in
Hong Kong and played for Stanford at University so we are well wedded to the
game.
Security was tight at the games - but not intrusive. The Canadian way I guess.
We were lucky the games weren’t cancelled. This week they might have been.
Thanks for looking and commenting.

Wow, Howard, like David says, its a fascinating series - and your
description/evaluation of the Z7 is very helpful. However, unlike David, my
first impression of DSC-5101 was “OUCH”! And DSC-5316 literally made me stop
and go back as I was flipping through. I ran past 5316 and was into the next
frame when I had to say out-loud, " WAIT, were those hachettes in their hands?!
How’d they get those past security?!” :)
I imagine that they were “play” implements, but given the security regime down
here at sporting events I’d have to say…Man, security would’ve had y’all
buttoned up at the front gate! :) Good for y’all that you live in a relaxed
country.
Thanks for all the evidence of the D500 capabliites.
Best regards,
Peter S.
