Hello David, I love how your series of images show the 'personal' side of picture people getting together. We're all humans and that means we're quirky and express that quirkiness with cameras. Wish I was there for the lecture! These photo-forums are really nice, but the in person thing still is important - especially when one can be a part of a group event like his lecture. Query! - Which lens is Dr. Ted shooting with on his M8? I'm guessing 24mm - I am fairly sure it's a 'modern' lens from the "asph" I think is engraved on the top of the lens. Thursday, Rose and I picked up Dr. Ted and his wife, Irene, in Vancouver, in order to bring them to Logan Lake, for his talk at Thompson Rivers University, later today. http://www.furnfeather.net/Temps/TedsPoster.html Before we left Vancouver, we managed lunch with a group of old friends.... But when photographer's get bored, they get silly... So Henning "shot" Dr. Ted with his M8. http://www.furnfeather.net/Temps/Henning.html Joseph shot the M8 with his GH1 http://www.furnfeather.net/Temps/Joseph.html and I shot the GH1 with my Oly. The result is here... http://www.furnfeather.net/Temps/Cameras.html This is definitely *not* going to qualify as "art".... ;-) Cheers! --- David Young Logan Lake, Canada.
