Good Mornin' Xavier! Yes, I'll bet you'd love to live in such a place! I can imagine it! The photo has a beautiful balance between the window light, the overall soft light and the deep shadows. When you say you used manual metering, did you find a neutrally lit spot and spot meter on that, or did you take several readings and manually balance them? Either way, a tough to do shot, done very well!
