[LRflex] Was Canon 40D now focus confirmation

David,
Thanks for your remarks on my comments. One difference about the the  
Lumix L1 and the Oly 330E which I have not mentioned but may be a  
factor in Rose's decision about which camera to buy is that in manual  
focus mode with Manual focus lenses the L1 provides focus  
confirmation but the Oly does not - the focus dot in the view finder  
(lower right) of the L1 lights (or at least flickers) when focus is  
achieved using the center focus bracket as the focus point. You don't  
get such confirmation with the Oly 330E. This may be another factor  
in Rose's decision. Don't know how the Digilux 3 works but I assume  
it is like the L1.
