Howard:
I have to agree with Peter, the Bokeh looks nice, to me! Your chapeau looks
fine, too.
Peter:
That "fashion statement of a hat" is a perfectly good, Canadian made, Tilley
hat. (https://www.tilley.com/ca_en/)
Tilley's are the choice of discriminating photographers, everywhere, as they
are great for shading your face and your viewfinder, really comfortable, they
float and are guaranteed for life.
One of many stories told about their guarantee is this one... In Thailand
(IIRC) a fellow had his hat stolen and eaten by an elephant. They waited
patiently while the hat worked it's way through the elephant. Collected it
from the dung, washed it and sent it back - much the worse for wear. Tilley
sent him a new one, without questions.
I have two, both summer and winter styles. Great hats... and the only hats
I've owned for the last 20+ years. The winter one keeps my head toasty warm,
even at -30C.
Just for fun, here's a shot of Howard, in another Tilley, taken back in 2013.

David.
Gosh, I don't see anything to "complain" about regarding the bokeh,------
Howard. I often think that a lot of "internet complaining" is like the
ancient religious arguments like how many angels can fit on the head of
a pin. It looks fine to me. Now, having said that...can we talk about
that fashion statement of a hat that you're wearing, he said in jest.
Best regards,
Peter Stevens

Hi Flexers,
Here is a photo of me taken with the M10 and the 35 Summicron Asph
II.
Internet chatter complains about the bokeh but I like it:
