I had asked if there was still sort of cooperation with Pana - the G1 had Pana on its lenses
They said yes on the PS.
On the development of an R10?
They proudly had developed the S2 by themselves (big boys).
When asked if the S2 sensor was included, they said Kodak had ...
Pressed to answer if the same kind of cooperation -either with Kodak or Pana - was in the pipeline on the R10, we got this vapourware answer, and then on our insistance, blank.
Full blank,
Long blank,
then exit.

Others might see it as Leica protecting secrets,
RIP Rs is my conclusion.
