A very impressive capture Howard.
Interestingly, althought strange, birds I would hear (not eagles, for sure) in
my garden in the morning time at dawn are not singing any more since 2 weeks.
My friend Emmy in Britanny has noted down that as well in her yard.
Obviously, birds are prefering the places emptied of humans..... It gives a
Sci-Fi atmosphere....
Cheers.

Subject: [LRflex] Turkey Vulture photo session
Morning Flexers,
i am not getting out much to photograph birds so it was gratifying to see a
turkey vulture come to me yesterday.
It settled on the same branch as the bald eagle did last week and we had a 20
minute photo session:
It is an ugly but co-operative bird:

Eye contact - what are you doing?

All photos with the Nikon Z7 and the 200 - 500 VR plus 1.4 extender. On a
tripod on my cabin deck.
Can be viewed large - recommended in fact. C&C always welcome.
