[LRflex] Today was a day for trying this new gear Aircrafts and birds

Gents,
I took my motorbike and Digilux with the new toy to the near by Vallée de
Chevreuse where a wild life place exists.
On the way, I wated to stop for a light snack at the airport of Toussus le
Noble, lovely place. as they touted it, it was the centurary celebration of
the "chopper", the helicopter. In fact, it's a French Invention, so they
said, 1907, one kilometer of fly with no crash, a former employee of
Peugeot.

On the way back, I stopped in a"reserve" and tried with no success to catch
the stags in the mating time ( I was along with Canonist which had lenses
with a "sewarge diameter")
But I managed to make some pix of few predatory birds (Douglas Herr, Pardon
:) )

The last one is 200mm (which is 400mm on a Digilux), Vario Elmar, f5.6,
400ISO, hand held.

All images are from the 14-50mm or the 80-200 Vario Elmar (at F4 or 5.6),
most of them in fact, in particular, the Gendarme preparing to fly the

In fact, I have succumbed to the advert from Leica and the taunting images
from David but the Zoom is obviously ready for Digital, at least with the
Digilux3
