Clearly not. With the examples that I cited to illustrate the point
that I was making, Philippe accused me of comparing you to the
Nazis, etc., etc., and followed it with an obviously indignant
diatribe about his family's damage at their hands.
Keith, you twist and distort... Philippe's statements were entirely
justifed...
Which accusation has, as I said, deeply offended me, since I did
nothing of the sort.
that is just plain nonsense Keith...
now to come back to my question above....I returned from almost a
week away to find your strange statement cited above...
clearly Keith my question referred to that particular statement...
and so it remains...
as usual, you have said a mouthful, without saying anything clear...
Keith, why do you insist on continuing with your dangerous,
unfocussed, and very careless statements ?
...your malignant, witless, and ongoing meanderings are a sad offense
to this forum...
as well as to a number of the people here, certainly to me...
You obviously have unresolved issues to work out Keith...issues of the
sort that we should not try to deal with here.
I sadly regret that I have lost confidence in you Keith, therefore I
have to ask...
have you made a decision about leaving us yet?

On the contrary, from my point of view, there is harm done. I did
NOT compare Steve B's photographs with the others that I mentioned;
and I certainly did NOT compare Steve himself with the Nazis. I am
deeply offended that you should publish such comment, especially
after you e-mailed me off-line, and appeared to accept that I did
not do anything like this. I raised what I thought was a reasonable
point, and tried to solicit a sensible response from the forum.
Obviously, I failed to do so. I used the examples that I did,
because I thought that if I had voiced what went through my mind,
someone would probably take umbrage, and these were the best
examples that I could think of to illustrate my point.
Indeed, the photographs that I sent to Charlie off line were nothing
directly to do with the Nazis anyway, but that fact obviously
doesn't enter the equation.
Given the course of events, I doubt that my continued participation
in this forum is at all tenable.
