Hi David,
I think this 'lawsuit' targeting Apple isn't about winning in court at all.
Kodak needs money, it needs it now, and Apple has got loads of it. Kodak has a
truckload of valuable patents that it needs to sell to survive, but aren't
getting good offers for them because the bankruptcy worries have blown up their
negotiating leverage. If Apple sees the 'lawsuit' as backed by a good patent or
patents, they can reach into their $100 Billion Dollars of Reserve Money and in
five minutes save Kodak using just a tiny fraction of that. Bingo Kodak has the
money to survive and downsize outside of bankruptcy court and Apple's Lawyers
have a whole new arsenal in the Giant Technology Patent Wars being fought right
now all over the world.

Don't read to much into the 'giant' percentage spike in Kodak's stock price cuz
the chart I just saw on cnbc shows that while it did Double! that was only from
under fifty cents to nearly a buck a share.

Long Live Kodak!

I wish them well in their difficult position. Bon Chance!
