In New England , where I lived for many years, we call this poor man's 
fertilizer! I never understood that concept but they say late snow like this is

G'?Day, Flexers!

I know that most of you think of Canada as "the land of ice and snow".  But,
really, it is normally quite a nice at this time of year. The snow stops around
mid-March and it's all gone by mid-April.

Indeed,  we've had some lovely spring days, and I've even mowed the lawn a
couple of times.

So here it is, already the Zeroth of May, and you can imagine my disgust, when
I looked out at my garden, this morning...
