[LRflex] Steep cliffs and bear swimming

The cliffs.  As I said, Lake Chelan is very fjord-like:

The bear.  I had a 35mm lens on the camera when it appeared.  No time to change lenses.  So I just shot took the shot and blew it up to 100%.  Why did the bear swim across the lake?  Probably for the same reason that the chicken crossed the road.
