I cannot say that Adrian Bradshaw is a close friend, but I've had the privilege
to meet him several times. He's a really nice guy and a brilliant photographer.
We last met, back in 2010, at a Leica Night dinner for various Photogs,
including our own Ted Grant, Henning Wulff, Tom A. (sadly, now gone), Joseph
Yao and various spouses (spice?).

Adrian spent 30+ years in China, starting in the mid-1980's - first as a
freelance photographer and, later, with the European Pressphoto Agency - for
whom he still works, but is now based in Oxford, England.
He has a new book (his latest on China) and it has just been previewed by BBC
News. It's well worth a look!
