One of its peculiarities was that the release was on the front panel. 
It was also marketed in the UK by Ilford as the Ilford Sportsman in 
r/f and non-r/f versions.

Took some fine shots with that little camera, but eventually PXed it 
for a well-brassed Leica III - which is where my love affair with all 
things Leitz began.
