[LRflex] Reuters' version of truth in Photoshop

Hi all.

As you may recall, there was major fall-out at Reuters over a couple 
of heavily PSed shots from one of their photographers in the Middle 
East. Heads rolled over that one.

I've just come across their new guidelines to their staffers at:

which make interesting reading.

As ever, it's very much a question of degree. I wonder how many of us 
actually operate within these guidelines, and how many routinely go a 
lot further....
