About the only Leica R lens that I have that I hadn't tried on the Canon 20D

Well I snapped it onto the 20D walked to the back door and snapped this of a
cherry tree around 40 meters away.

I haven't had any problems mounting any of the "R" lenses that I own; 19, 28-70, 60 macro, 70-210 and 280/2.8. I also have an adapter to mount the lenses from my Kiev 6/ 88cm and they all work well. As far as I know the only problems have been with the Canons having the full frame sensor where some of the Leica lenses interfere with the mirror.

the information has been inconsistent and confusing ...as inputs have included various R lenses and various Canon bodies.. with reported lens / mirror problems.
Is anyone aware of ANY R lens problem specifically with the Canon 20D?

thanks, Steve
