This
time of year when it's hot and often dry, flower blooms are scarce. On
the other hand, Natchitoches has thousands of Crape Myrtles in full
bloom. I rarely take pictures of them, but I should, and did.
This
is a pocket park in the Historic District, one of several built on tiny
city-owned parcels of land around Natchitoches in recent years.
