I also wish the power lines were down, until I get to my computer and
need electricity :-[
In the UK they tend to have them underground from what I know - and I
always wish they did likewise here.
So photoshopping them off in live mode by the electricity companies ?
I'll vote for that.
The branches - you're certainly right - I used them as a hood against flare
My point was only to show that under certain conditions you can get a
lot of details in the shadows, even when shooting 4/3. (branches of the
tree)
And I guess the experiment was quite successful in that respect
