Sorry about the reddish cast on the left of the loaf. I took the shot
not long after dawn, this morning, and we have a 2 watt LED bulb in an
antique lamp, which we leave on as a night-light. Unfortunately, it has
a cranberry glass shade, and I wasn't awake enough to remember to turn it
off. My bad.
