I scan my Velvia with a Nikon scanner and end up with amazing
results. The colors are more true and the resolution is better than
with my digital camera. The only downside (if you can call it that)
is the huge files I end up with. Got to get a Drobo.

Now I remember the problem I used to have (and seemingly still do)
with Kodachrome... on the lighttable it looks better than any of my
digital stuff (admittedly, the 20D ain't no DMR) but scanned it
looks much worse.
Has anyone had any positive (no pun intended) experience with using
something besides Nikon Scan on Kodachrome with a Coolscan??
