[LRflex] OT: M8 Lens Operational Query

Query:
Does anyone know if there is a way to know if my M8 has read a lens' 6 Bit Code
w/o taking the memory card out, going to a computer, loading the image, and
reading the exif info?
I am getting annoyed riding this frappin sd card swap carousel as I try to code
some of my lenses!
I know of no other way to check it.
