Spaghetti made in factories is extruded, so they can make any shape they
want. If you make spaghetti at home, you roll it flat and cut it. The
process your friends do is noodles, it is the way they make them in the
best noodle shops in Hong Kong. To be sure, spaghetti is made from similar
dough. By the way, we have Brailla brand pastas in our store in
Natchitoches.
