Scott, The archive link is at the bottom of each message. I just went there, but I could not get the "Search" function to work for me. The messages are also grouped according to date. Does the LRFlex group have a searchable archive? Don't want to bother everyone with repetitive newbie questions. Cheers!/Scott Julian Koplen <jkoplen@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx> wrote: Scott, www.wildlightphoto.com/leica This is the brainchild of the list's own Doug Herr, and is full of good info. Also, if you explore Doug's entire website, you will see awesome examples of what those lenses (in Doug's hands) can do. Also, in the early 1980's, there was a very fine and well-illustrated magazine-style book with an in-depth review of all the R lenses up to that point. It was called "Leica R-Lenses." Very rarely, it shows up on the Big Auction Site. Good hunting...........Julian ----- Original Message ----- From: S Gardner To: leicareflex@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Sent: Tuesday, December 14, 2004 12:51 AM Subject: [LRFlex] Newbie w/ a couple questions Greetings, all! My name is Scott and I'm a recovering digital photographer. I've long had an interest in Leica Reflex photography and found out about this group while doing some research at photo.net. I'm getting Brian Bower's book on the subject and would like to know if there are any sites on the 'net that specialize in information about and reviews/opinions of 'R' equipment. TIA for your time and reply!/Scott __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? Tired of spam? Yahoo!
