Indeed. Leica logic is sometimes strange. After all, the 85/1.5
Summarex bears no resemblance to the 50/2 Summar, but then Max Berek
named it after his dog. His other dog was Hektor....
Let's face it, we could have ended up with a lens called Summilassie
or Elmarin Tin Tin.
