Philippe,
Thanks, I’ll take a closer look.
I must admit I haven’t looked at them since I made them some years ago and
apparently I did not look at them closely enough then.

Thanks Bill - wonderful landscapes indeed. And good+ pano work.
Yet, if I were to have them printed I'd certainly try to get rid of the dust
that shows in repeated patterns - not all of them are dust, I see birds too
on the right hand side of the first one :-)
Beautiful views and takes in any case. Thanks for sharing :-)

Philippe,------
It is a lovely pano.
I like the "twin sisters” though I can imagine it is very difficult to see
the duplication happening in real time as you peer through the view finder,
paying most attention to the framing overlap, and perhaps, in my case at
least, not particularly to the subject.
So far I've only made panos of mountains, landscapes, etc. which don’t move.
Here are two, made in Photoshop:
http://gallery.leica-users.org/v/wbabbott3/2panos/
I saved them 2880 pixels wide, which is 1.5 X the 1920 pixel width of my
monitor.
The Apple Macintosh app Preview fits these photos automatically to the
monitor width being used so that would solve Alex’s difficulty.
When I open them “Wide” in Apple’s browser Safari, or Firefox, or Googles
Chrome, the apps all do the same thing: fit the 2880 pixels into my 1920
pixel wide monitor.
I think I’ll skip anymore coffee today and have a glass of wine.
Best regards,
Bill

Thanks all------
Sorry I had missed the question, and Sonny's answer to the list
As privately explained to Bill off list, they're not twins, just duplicates
Look at this one large - although it might look like a tandem bike there
was only one biker for instance.

Or that one, large, which is even more telling
Moving objects/people are featured in two (or more) places or separate
successive shots and identified as different in the stitching operation -
a form of panochronohotography.
Thanks for paying so much attention to my pano :-)

Sonny,
Maybe faster that the speed of light, or faster than the Pano Cropper?

Philippe,
I found two mystery men in your Seine pano. Go to

Are they brothers? Just curious? Doppelgangers?
Best,
Bill
