Hi Phillippe!
The price looks very good, to me. Of course, much depends on condition1
However, in addition to all the other advice you've been offered,
check that [a] the shoulder stock and grip are included in the price
(they aren't always... and can be a bear to find on their own) and
[b] whether it is the old style ( bent aluminium bar) or newer style
moulded pistol grip. If the older style, you can make a new one...
