It's a free dot update. You chose to buy the perpetual license version, like I
did. We get performance improvements, bug fixes, and updated camera support in
dot releases. If we buy the subscription license version, we get more stuff.
That's the deal. I don't know why you're complaining about it. It was all very
clear when you bought Lightroom 6.
