I have experienced this same problem with Kenko EOS auto extension
tubes, a Canon FD to EOS adapter etc. When I use a cheap Chinese set
of non-auto extension tubes my camera works fine.
I used with great success the leica R to Nikon leitax...
the screws are not part of the kit, you use the ones you already
have....
I assume you wrote to David Llado at Leitax to discuss this, what did
he say?
